Pelotonia Shop Refresh
On March 8th 2018, another intern, visual merchandising mentor, and I refreshed the Pelotonia shop in Columbus, Ohio. While I am in charge of updating visual materials at my current job, this was my first experience with visual merchandising for my internship. I enjoyed this experience more than I originally thought and would love to do this again. The interesting thing about this project, is that this was the first time the visual merchandising mentor had helped with the refresh for this particular store too. We had no idea what the outcome was going to be when we first arrived. Our mentor was great about including us in decision making, and allowed us to use our own ideas to complete this project.

Quantum Health
On February 22nd, the ZenGenius events team decorated The Bluestone in preparation for Quantum Health's annual employee party. The theme was funky carnival. This event was the highlight of my internship. I was also able to help form centerpieces before the actual event, and it was fun to help set them up at the event space. I liked being given the freedom to choose different arrangement ideas, and use my own creativity towards the final product.

Porter Wright
On January 31st, the ZenGenius events team set up for the Porter Wright client party. This was my first event that I was able to help out with. Prior to this event, I was only moderately interested in events and all it takes to put one together. After helping to set it up, I realized that I am passionate about event planning and coordination. I had a photo to base my centerpiece design on, but it was up to me to use the correct materials and make sure it stayed together during the transition from the office to the event space.
